I hope everyone enjoyed a nice 4th of July holiday and long weekend! New on the blog this week is baked dynamite which is a Japanese appetizer commonly found at the sushi bar. It can be made with any type of seafood and is quick to prepare. 

Baked Dynamite
Delicious and rich Japanese restaurant-style dynamite appetizer in individual cups made with mixed seafood and topped with masago (capelin roe) caviar.

Gilled miso marinated salmon steaks bursting with savory sweet umami flavor.
