Of all of the desserts out there, ice cream is my greatest weakness. There's just something about ice cold, smooth and creamy treats that do it for me. The only way I can control my consumption is to either only buy already made ice cream when I'm out or only eat homemade ice cream. Of course, that isn't too much of a hindrance, since it's quite easy to make. I hope you enjoy some of my favorite recipes.
