It's no secret that I love my whole grains, and I think you should too! Puchased in bulk, there's a grain to match any budget or dietary need (and taste!). Here's two more whole grains you should be adding to your diet - I have! 

Farro

It looks like barley and it often gets confused with spelt, but farro is it's own plant and offers it's own nutrients.  Farro comes in whole grain, semi-pearled and pearled variety, though in grocery stores in the United States, the most common farro is pearled. Teff
Teff is super eay to distinguish from other grains because it is so teeny-tiny! Hailing from Africa, some people may be familiar with teff in it's most common form - as a soft flatbread served up at Ethiopian restaurants to adventurous diners. But at home, I cook my teff for breakfast, make polenta, and add it to curries. Read more.
