Tuna (Maguro) Sashimi and Okra Salad
Japanese salad of tuna (maguro) sashimi (raw fish) and okra is packed with umami from the wasabi and soy sauce marinade. It can also be served over rice.

Ponzu is a Japanese condiment that combines the savory and umami packed flavors of soy sauce with the freshness and acidity of citrus. Its applications are vast.

Grilled Shishamo (Smelt)
