Katsu Curry (Japanese Curry Rice with Tonkatsu)
Katsu curry is tonkatsu (breaded and fried pork tenderloin cutlet) or chicken katsu served over rice with Japanese style curry poured all over it, and served with tsukemono (Japanese pickles).
