This is a great make-ahead recipe, so clear out some plastic containers and make space in your freezer for leftovers! | | | | | My favorite vegan chili cheese dip | | Back when I used to work for animal advocacy organizations, I'd go to a lot of parties with lots of vegans. Seems like at just about every single party, someone would bring a variation of this chili cheese dip recipe. And with good reason. It's fantastic. If you don't make a double-batch, you'll probably wish you had. | | | | | Seitan and barley pilaf | | As a food writer and globe-trotter, I've had the opportunity to experience so many amazing flavors, cuisines and new foods (here's 100 of them!. One food I've always loved, however, is barley.
