What can I do with leftover pasta?

Unlike, say, leftover stew, next-day pasta, reheated or cold, is not usually very appealing. It's irretrievably lost its important al dente texture and whatever sauce it had has usually suffered as well. But is it only good for the garbage bin or disposal? No!
