| The most delicious cauliflower you've ever had | Well, at least this is the most delicious cauliflower I personally have ever had! The good news is, this cauliflower recipe is fairly easy and simple to make, and doesn't need any fancy ingredients. The bad news is, well, for me the bad news is that cauliflower is fairly pricey in my area these days but I'm completely addicted! Consider your wallet warned! Don't forget, there's always plenty of new vegetarian recipes, vegetarian dinner ideas and vegan recipes right here. | | | |

| Thai vegetable stir fry with baby corn and baby bok choy | | I wasn't always a fan of baby corn, perhaps because I had never had it fresh, but once I tried it fresh - wow! Fresh baby corn is miles better than the canned kind, so if you see fresh baby corn, snatch it up to use in recipes such as this Thai-inspired vegetable and tofu stir-fry recipe seasoned with Thai chilies, sweet chili sauce and splash of lime juice. | | | | |
| Vegetable Pakoras for Indian Snacking | | Vegetable pakoras are little Indian fried snacks made of vegetables in a flavorful batter. This vegetarian and vegan recipe uses potatoes, chilies and cauliflower. Look for gram flour, also called "besan" or "chickpea flour" in any Indian or south Asian grocery store. You can use regular or whole wheat flour, but the reason to make pakoras with gram flour is that it's "stickier" and holds the vegetables together when fried in oil. | | | | |
