The most delicious cauliflower you've ever had

 Well, at least this is the most delicious cauliflower I personally have ever had! The good news is, this cauliflower recipe is fairly easy and simple to make, and doesn't need any fancy ingredients. The bad news is, well, for me the bad news is that cauliflower is fairly pricey in my area these days but I'm completely addicted! Consider your wallet warned!

I'll occasionally make a full meal of these cauliflower hot wings, with or without a simple side green salad, and my friend and I have been known to make these for dinner more than one night in a row. That's just how much we love them. They are completely addicting. You have been warned.

Vegetable Pakoras for Indian Snacking

Vegetable pakoras are little Indian fried snacks made of vegetables in a flavorful batter. This vegetarian and vegan recipe uses potatoes, chilies and cauliflower. Look for gram flour, also called "besan" or "chickpea flour" in any Indian or south Asian grocery store. You can use regular or whole wheat flour, but the reason to make pakoras with gram flour is that it's "stickier" and holds the vegetables together when fried in oil.
