Correction: Pea and Mint Fritters with Lemon-Yogurt Sauce

[My apologies for the technical glitch with the newsletter -- for some reason last week's newsletter was sent out again instead of this week's! This is the correct one.]

This week's recipe was inspired by a wonderful dish I had at Yotam Ottolenghi's restaurant last week -- pea and mint croquettes with a yuzu-mayonnaise dipping sauce. This version doesn't include nigella and sesame seeds in the breading (though you certainly add them!) and substitutes a fresh lemon-mint sauce made with Greek yogurt.
