Don't fear loaves

Vegetarian loaves get a bad rap. They're made fun of almost as much as Tofurky and tofu. But in my experience, a good loaf is well appreciated by even the staunchest of meat-eaters. Notice I said a good loaf. In my opinion, a good loaf is also always topped with ketch (or barbecue sauce), and served with mashed potatoes - preferably mashed potatoes AND gravy.
