Chickpea and Tuna Salad (Insalata di ceci e tonno)

This is my take on a traditional white bean and tuna salad that is often made with cannellini beans -- my version uses chickpeas instead, and adds tomatoes, capers and watercress for a flavorful, peppery mix and a no-cook, one-dish meal that just happens to be super-healthy too.

You can use cannellini beans instead of chickpeas, and arugula instead of watercress, or any combination.
