Pumpkin Gnocchi -- Two Ways

With the arrival of Autumn comes pumpkin everything -- this week we have 2 types of classic Italian dumpling reformulated to include this favorite winter squash -- potato gnocchi and the less well-known Roman-style gnocchi.
