Are You Looking for Some Great Ways to Season Your Japanese Food?

Try the quick and easy shiso herb and ume pickled plum sauce that I introduced last week with cooked bean sprouts for a speedy weeknight side dish. The sauce is a great way to season any number of vegetables. Also new on the blog this week is another sauce that can be quickly prepared, a garlic anchovy sauce. Try is on some simple green beans.
