How much weight will you lose as a vegan? This much.

I try to make it a point to follow news which affects vegetarians and vegans, and every once in a while, I come across things which are too good not to share, such as this meta- study (a study reviewing numerous other studies) which calculated the average amount of weight people lost when switching to a controlled vegetarian diet, and the amount lost when switching to a plant-based vegan diet. The amount really surprised me!
