A couple of weeks ago, I was in a car accident that has turned my life upside-down. Between doctor's visits and talking to insurance companies, I'm exhausted. All this aggravation and the accident wasn't even my fault. The weather hasn't helped either. One day it's in the high 50's and then a few days later it's freezing with a wind chill of below freezing. I need to put the weather and my life aside and have something to look forward to like the desserts of March. If you need an excuse to make dessert, use this newsletter.
