Got leftover chili? You can freeze it, turn it into Frito pie, bake it into cheese biscuits and even create a Mexican chili pizza. Here's how.

Bean casseroles

Need a quick, relatively healthy (and affordable!) main dish or side dish to serve either your family or a crowd? A bean casserole is a great solution! Many of these meatless vegetarian bean casseroles call for canned beans, making them super quick and easy for weeknight meals, and many of them call for fresh ingredients too, such as tomatoes.
