| It's Beginning to Look Alot Like Christmas | Homepage Email: carroll@dcpelle.com There's so much baking to do and so little time to do it. Right as I write this I can smell the Cranberry-Orange Bread baking in the oven. I've got a luncheon to go to today and then it's off to my other job. Tomorrow, I'm making a Cranberry Apple Orange Slab Pie with tons of fudge for gifts. I won't be adding the slab pie recipe until after I bake it as I am still working on it. What are you baking? | Peanut Butter Fudge | Old-Fashioned Fudge is made in a heavy pot with a candy thermometer. I can't explain it, but I like the simple way of fudge best. I think it's something about the texture. Anyway, this is one of the fudge recipes I'm making tomorrow. Easy Peanut Butter Fudge | | | | | |

| Leftover Candy Oat Bars | The one disadvantage of my job is that I'm always looking for something new to bake. Sadly, I don't get to bake the same treats over and over again. I have to make an exception for these bars. They're almost healthy with all of those oats and peanut butter in them. Leftover Candy Oat Bars | | | | | |

| Cheese Straws | I've got to make something that is not sweet, but still quite lovely. These are good just for snacking or with a cocktail. Cheese Straws | | | | | |
