Vegan cookies and more vegan cookies!

Making homemade cookies was a weekly ritual in our house and it was the first thing I ever cooked. No wonder then, that above cakes, pies, brownies or anything else, cookies are still my favorite sweet treat. What's better than homemade cookies fresh out of the oven?
Here's a few of my favorite vegan cookie recipes to try:

Oatmeal cranberry cookies With nearly two dozen four and five star reviews, this is one of my most popular vegan cookie recipes. And with good reason! Pictured.
Double chocolate vegan cookies These should always be soft, sweet and chewy and served with a tall glass of soy milk or almond milk. Pictured above, right
Peanut butter and jelly cookies A simple thumbprint cookie topped off with a bit of jelly, and free of refined sugar. A fun one for kids.
Lemon poppyseed cookies A delicate cookie perfect for afternoon tea time, or, according to the reviews, a "roomful of yogis", or a college vegan potluck.
Pumpkin cake mix cookies This is one of those recipes that seems to be completely homemade, even though it's made from cake mix.
