You Won't Believe How Quick and Easy this No-Bake Lasagna Is!

When I make a full-on lasagna alla bolognese with meat sauce and besciamella, it is a time-consuming affair, because the first day I make the ragù meat sauce, which takes several hours, and then the next day I assemble and bake the lasagne.

But sometimes, you have a craving for this comforting pasta dish and don't have days to wait. You're in luck, because there's another, much simpler version which you can have on the table in just 20 to 30 minutes and which doesn't even requiring turning on your oven!
