Just say mango and I’m in. I don’t know what is so appealing about this sweet/tart fruit, but I love it all the same. This is one of those French Toast recipes that it can be put together the night before, and cooked the next day.

I’ve played with several crockpot oatmeal recipes and I’m still not a fan. This oatmeal is baked in the oven. It’s up to you which fruit you want to use with this recipe. This time of year, I like to use leftover cranberry relish. Yum!
