| | Halloween is one of those holidays that can be really fun or just another day. Of course, when you're a child you just can't wait to put on that costume and go trick-or-treating. For my daughter, it was all about who got the most candy. She and her friends would sit on the floor in the front hallway counting candy. She would eat some, but not much. When I was single and in my 20's and early 30's, I went to some really fine adult Halloween parties. Then, I got married and had a child, it became all about how wild we could decorate the front of the house. Now, that the child is in college, I barely decorate the front of the house. The only thing that hasn't changed is making homemade Halloween treats. Homemade treats are good at any age. Email | | Hairy Fingers
