Deep-fried Chicken with a Hawaiian Flavor

Plump chicken nuggets are marinated overnight in a batter with sweet rice (sticky rice, glutinous rice flour), green onions, soy sauce and fresh garlic before being deep-fried. Serve with salad for a complete meal.
