Something Savory, Something Sweet

This week we have a classic, savory recipe hailing from Venice -- "risi e bisi," a rice-and-pea dish that is not quite a risotto, but not quite a soup, either -- ideally the consistency should be somewhere in-between. And for dessert, a quirky trompe-l'œil sweet salame made with rich, dark chocolate and crisp biscuit pieces.
