Chilled Udon Noodles & Rice Ball Sandwiches

Now that the weather is starting to warm-up, it's the perfect time for chilled udon noodles. Try a vegetarian recipe of chilled udon noodles with raw grated Japanese mountain yam.  Also new on the blog is the latest Japanese fad of Onigirazu, which are essentially rice ball sandwiches.
