One of the reasons I love hemp is that it's a great source of vegan Omega-3 and Omega-6 essential fatty acids (EFAs). Some people claim that fish provides the only dietary source of these EFAs, but hemp proves that to be false. Of course, along with EFAs, hemp is also a great source of other nutrients, including, vitamin E, iron, dietary fiber, and protein for vegetarians, vegans, and anyone, really. |
