Welcome, new vegetarians! Have you desolved to go meat-free in 2015? Not sure where to start? You've come to the right place -start right here!

Even if you're not a new vegetarian, now's the time of year when there are plenty of people trying to go vegetarian (or vegan!), exploring healthier and more humane ways of eating. I find that people worry way too much about nutrition when trying to go vegetarian or vegan, but no matter how many times I tell people that's it's super easy to get plenty of vegetarian protein, folks still worry. Better to worry about your B12 intake:
