I'm sure most of us are feeling a bit sluggish after all the holiday season excess and in need of something lighter. How about a salad? This lovely winter salad is made with fennel, arugula and grapefruit and is like a welcome ray of sunshine amid all the heavy foods that are usually thought of as winter-time fare.
