Red Curries

Make an easy Thai vegetable curry recipe using store-bought red curry paste for a quick and easy dinner. Just about any vegetables will work just fine in a simple Thai vegetable curry, so use whatever you have on hand. Serve your red curry paired with steamed white rice or another whole grain.

Yellow curries

No need to use a store-bought or pre-made curry paste in this vegetarian yellow Thai curry, as this yellow curry is seasoned and colored with curry powder, turmeric and chili sauce.
