Superfoods don't have to be unpronounceable green powders found only on the corners of health food shops. Many nutrient and anti-oxidant packed superfoods are found right in the produce section of your grocery store. Here's my 4 favorite superfoods, and how to use them!

Ok, so protein powders aren't exactly a superfood, but several of them do contain superfood ingredients, including hemp, spriulina and a host of micronutrients. Here's my pick for the ultimate best vegan protein powders.

Greens, greens, greens!
It's probably no surprise that one of my favorite superfoods is fresh, raw leafy green vegetables. Whether they're juiced, pureed or even fried, I love getting my greens, and so should you! Here's a few ways to get even more greens into your diet:
