Resolution solutions

Happy new year, everyone! Are you resolving to go vegetarian or even vegan in 2013? Congratulations and welcome to the other side! Or maybe you're just hoping to eat healthier, maintain your weight or drop a few pounds. But just how do you plan on achieving your goals? Making meaningful lifestyle changes isn't always easy. Read on for a few goal-setting and NLP techniques to help you go vegetarian and stick with it.


A few little changes

A few small changes can add up! Including just a few meatless meals each week can make a huge difference in your health, for the animals and the health of the planet. That's the idea behind Meatless Mondays, for example, and, as one of my favorite vegetarians ever Bruce Friedrich used to say, "Two people eating half vegetarian equals one full vegetarian." And that's a good thing.? Have fun with your resolutions and get creative! Here's a few ideas.


How to do it, how to stick with it

 If you made a New Year's resolution to go vegetarian in 2013, I want to make sure you stick with it! Here's some tips and pointers to help you along the way. Got a question?
