Named in honor of a nineteenth century General, this popular restaurant dish consists of deep-fried chicken coated with a sweet, spicy sauce.

Pork and Vegetable Dumplings
Filled with pork, cabbage and shiitake mushrooms, these tasty dumplings are perfect for Superbowl parties and Chinese New Year celebrations. The recipe includes a ginger-soy dipping sauce.
