I was digging through my mother's old recipes and found some fun recipes, including some from the 60's. I'd forgotten all about the Lady Bird Johnson's Lemon Cake until I saw the new T.V, show "The Astronauts Wives Club". President Johnson was the reason NASA moved to Houston.
