Have you ever had poke?..

I'm always surprised to come across a new food that I've never heard of. Of course, it's a big world and there's so many different kinds of ethnic cuisines, so I really shouldn't be! I've recently discovered "poke", a Hawaiian food making waves on the mainland.

What's that, you haven't heard of poke? It's LA's hottest healthy new food trend! Poke is a Hawaiian salad usually made from raw fish with lots of seasonings, but there's no reason poke can't be vegetarian. Find out more about poke and how to make a vegetarian and vegan version at home.

Thai vegetable stir fry with baby corn and baby bok choy
