Where I live, we've just suffered through a particularly brutal heatwave that lasted nearly a week and included many days with temperatures of up to 103 F/40 C. Understandably, I had no desire to turn on the stove or oven in these conditions, but of course one still has to eat. Luckily there are many Italian dishes which don't require any cooking at all. I've compiled a list of 20 of them, including cool, refreshing desserts.
